About MTWAFIQ

Between consulting, executive education and professional information design.

MTWAFIQ is a content design house for business transformation and executive learning.

We turn complex business, industry, technology and transformation subjects into structured, practical, visually clear knowledge products — so executives, professionals and organizations understand faster, decide better, and build stronger capabilities.

The work spans executive advisory, professional training, transformation programs and awareness campaigns. The common thread is not content creation. It is the design of decision-ready and learning-ready business content, connecting strategy, operating models, process, technology, risk, finance and organizational capability.

The four questions our portfolio answers
  1. 01What industry am I operating in?
  2. 02How does the organisation actually work?
  3. 03What can we learn from what has already happened?
  4. 04How do we build the people who must make the change happen?
How we design

MTWAFIQ does not begin with a presentation format. It begins with the question the audience needs answered.

  1. 01Understand the context
  2. 02Structure the knowledge
  3. 03Make relationships visible
  4. 04Translate insight into action
About MTWAFIQ

What we say, and what we do not

Practitioner-built

Titles are designed by practitioners and produced with the help of AI tools for research, drafting and illustration. A MTWAFIQ author reviews and approves every title before release.

Fictional banks, real numbers

Cases and dashboards are set in fictional banks such as Al-Qimma Bank; figures are illustrative and facts carry a source. We do not put client data into AI tools.

Honest status

MCC is MTWAFIQ’s own certification; the Applied Executive MBA is a self-learning programme, not an accredited degree. We are new, and we have no client results to show yet.
